Product Description

The GAO-3201 2.5x2.0mm 32.768kHz oscillator solution has excellent temperature stability specifications and is operable with any supply voltage value within the 1.8V-5.0V range.

This very low power oscillator requires supply current of just 0.108mA typical (voltage dependent), and has excellent ageing characteristics of ±5ppm per year maximum at 25°C.

The competitively priced GAO-3201 also features fast 10ms start up time, and -40 to +85°C automotive operating temperature range.
