Product Description

The miniature surface mount crystal CC6F-T1A uses inverted mesa technology to allow high frequency fundamental mode performance up to 250MHz, suitable for achieving enhanced pulling range and phase noise performance, dependent on circuit design.

The CC6F-T1A features a miniature 3.5 x 2.2 x 0.7mm package with gold plated pads for excellent longevity and solderability, and excellent shock resistance up to 5,000g, and vibration resistance of 20g. With extended military operating temperature range of -55 to 125°C available the CC6F-T1A is an ideal crystal for high frequency military, avionics and down hole applications.
