Ideal for automotive applications and for use within 4G LTE band 8, our TF0130A miniature SAW duplexer has transmit centre frequency (Tx) of 897MHz and receive centre frequency (Rx) of 942MHz, and comes with AEC-Q200 qualification as standard.
