The SCOCXOL is supplied in bulk. 50pcs per tray is the standard pack size for this product. Orders for partial quantities will receive partial trays.

Product Description

The SCOCXOL oven controlled oscillator  is available with a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +85°C and has good close-in phase noise performance of -120dBc/Hz @ 100Hz (typical @10.0MHz). The SCOCXOL requires 12.0V supply voltage and produces CMOS output. It is available with a range of frequency adjustment options including voltage control via pin 1. 

The SCOCXOL also features fast warm up, taking under 15 seconds to reach ±0.1ppm @ 25°C, and low power consumption of less than 25mA @ 25°C.
