Product Description

The SCOCXOW 3.3V oven controlled oscillator features CMOS output with very fast warm up time and ultra tight frequency stability of ±2.5ppm maximum over 10 years. This OCXO also features very tight temperature stability, as good as ±50ppb.

Available at frequencies from 10.0kHz ~ 54.0MHz, and with the option of surface mount or 14-pin DIL packages, the SCOCXOW is ideal for applications requiring tight stability, and excellent shock and vibration tolerance combined with CMOS output.
