Product Description

The GOXO-149 OCXO with LVCMOS output and optional electronic frequency control, features 14.0 x 9.0 x 8.51mm surface mount package, making it ideal for a range of applications where OCXO-level phase noise performance is needed but board space is also paramount.

Requiring supply voltage of 3.3V at frequencies from 10.0 ~ 80.0MHz, the GOXO-149 is available with a choice of operating temperature ranges including commercial, extended and industrial operating temperature range (-40 to +85°C).

The GOXO-149 features excellent phase noise performance, with noise floor of -154 dBC/Hz @ 100kHz (10.0MHz example), and equivalent phase jitter performance of 0.25ps typical.
